What is required at the location?
- The access road to the celebration/event must be “non-off road” and suitable for towing a low clearance caravan.
- A suitable flat surface to park and service from
- Easy access to power
- Beverages pre chilled prior to commencement of service (cool room where advised)
- On site water source (e.g. garden hose should water tanks require topping up.
- Venue access 1-1.5 hous before the start of the function to set up and 1 hour after to pack up.

What’s included in my hire?
All packages include setup and pack down, ice and bar equipment, glassware (or eco alternatives), hydration station, napkins and friendly RSA-certified staff. Exact inclusions vary by package.
Do you supply alcohol?
We are a BYO service. You purchase the alcohol, and we chill, serve and style it beautifully. We can provide a handy shopping list on request.
How much alcohol should I buy?
As a guide for 4 hours: 1–2 drinks per guest per hour. We can tailor a shopping list based on guest numbers, season and preferences.
Do you travel outside Wingham?
Yes. Travel is included up to 100km from Wingham. For distances beyond, a travel fee applies to cover time and fuel.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We hold public liability insurance. Please note the client is responsible for the supply and legal service of BYO alcohol to guests 18+.
Do I need power?
Standard 10A power is ideal for lighting and refrigeration. If your venue lacks power, we can arrange a generator as an add-on.
How do I book?
